Ingredients
- 1 cup oat flour
- Half a cup cocoa powder
- Half a cup almond butter
- Quarter cup honey or maple syrup
- Quarter cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until fully combined.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Roll into balls using about 1 tablespoon of mixture each.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until firm.
- Store in the fridge for up to one week.
